Overdue Bill Payment
I have received a final message for my overdue bill payment and due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to pay the full amount in one go now. I would like to check if I can request to pay the remaining outstanding by short installments?

Is Starhub having an outage? There's totally no service for my line since 15th September until now (16th September 3:26pm). When I called, they admit that there's an outage which affect some numbers but some customer service officers suggest me to change SIM card. Would like to know if there's anyt

hi , just fully ported over to starhub 2 days ago. after that i cant log into my banking and exchanger app cause i cant receive and sms/verification code from them. called starhub and stuff unable to help. have anyone faced the same issue?

Old bills up to past 6 months
Hello, I did not know that we only get to view our bills for the past 6 months in the starhub app. As I would need the Apr-May20 bills, does anyone knows how to retrieve it other than paying for it? How can starhub charge us for our own bills. Ridiculous
Hi, currently I’m on $80 2 year plan. I’m eligible to recontract on the 1st Oct and my contract ends on 28 feb 2022. Will i be able to recontract to Sim Only 1 year plan on the 1st Oct or i have to wait till my contract ends? Thanks.

Mobile early recontract fee waive for hub club member
Hi, No benefit of early recontract fee waive hub club member? I subscribed Broadband+TV due to this benefit and if SH just removed this then there is no reason to maintain TV which I don't watch!
