Good Day! Just want to ask the proper procedure for switching to sim only plan with no contract. I'm already eligible for re-contract since July2020 and my contract end date is November 2020. Cannot receive sms
I have been unable to receive sms since yesterday and this is causing a lot of disruption to accessing OTPs. Have called customer svc, followed instructions to restart phone, remove SIM card, key in deactivation code but has none worked. Please help.
Dual Sim Card
