Hi I my service was disrupted due to non-payment on 2 may and bill was paid the next day (3rd may), it's now June and my services has not came back or anything

Cannot recieve and send SMS

Data surge(10.3Gb) within an hour.

I have been using wifi for the whole day and when drove out of my house (10 mins) and reaches another location, I connect to wifi immediately. I receive sms saying I exceed 80% and then 90% at 8 mins later. All along my data usage is pretty consistently Low on a daily basis.  it’s impossible

Is it just me or the mobile reception for Starhub is really bad compared to Singtels?

I've recently (3 weeks ago) switched from Singtel to Starhub. However, I've noticed a significant lag between the reception capacities of the two telcos. I wouldn't even bother with M1 because it's known to be bad across the island. Now, on the sim-only plan for Starhub, it's just the same as M1's.

New handset with new sim card

Hi, I have recently recontract my line and got a new handset but never request for a new sim. However when the handset was delivered , a new sim card was also given. Please advise if I dont activate the new sim card , will i have any issue with my current sim?

5g slow network

I'm having terrible 5g experience.. its slow loading on games, social media, even sending videos and pictures need time to load and send successfully.. if it takes too long, I have to switch to 4g.. other than town and cbd areas, everywhere seems to be slow 5g and even worse, I have to switch back a

Starhub signal low at Tuas area

Literally no signal. I thought it was the structure of the building that cause the problem however even when I step outside still dun have signal
