How to connect Mifi Device with Starhub Postpaid sim card.

I had used the TP-Link M7310 4G LTE Mobile Wifi device plug in the Starhub Postpaid Sim Card, but the device show me the 'no sim card service '. Can anyone assist?

New Phone shown as No Service

Hello   How long  does it take for starhub to port in a phone number from different network... been waiting for almost a month now! anyone have same issue? Is there anyway I can cancel my starhub plan that until now does not have any signal yet, without any additional charges?
