Poor Network

I have poor network reception at Bukit Batok St 32. My phone has only 1 bar and sometimes 0 bar inside the house. Is it my sim card issue? It's quite frustrating especially when now i'm working from home. Would appreciate if you could help me with this issue.

Calls using landlines can't get through to my mobile phone

People calling my mobile number using their landline have not been able to get through (engaged tone). Is there a problem with the mobile signal in Potong Pasir? People can reach me on my mobile phone when I am elsewhere.

Mobile Data Lost

StarHub poor signal Taman Jurong

Just port in to StarHub from M1. Anyone have poor signal at Taman Jurong area? At home sometime only 2 out of 4 signal bar. Previously on M1 alway full bar. Was surprised that StarHub mobile signal so poor. Customer service already change the SIM card. Still weak signal.

POOR SIGNAL

In tuas avenue 3 area starhub network signal vey poor even in open yard also. Direct phone call also not clear. Already many times Informed to customer care. Still the same. Kindly take some action.
