Fixed line included with 1GBPS broadband / 24 months
If I sign up to fibre broadband with Starhub, can anyone confirm if a fixed phone line included as free within the package as is the case with M1 or MyRepublic? And are there unlimited local calls available on that line? Thanks! Azhar

Hi, I'm noticing packet losses while hopping towards a Taiwan Server. Can we figure out how to optimize my connection here? The packet loss is significant at high 40s% to 50%... If I use a network optimizer (WTFast) in this case, I'm still seeing packet losses somewhere along the way.

Starhub Broadband 1Gbps but only 250Mbps
I had subscribed to Starhub Fiber Broadband 1Gbps few years back, recently found out the speed test is getting slower and now only archiving 250 Mbps. I not sure it is normal or not as I am expecting at least 800 Mbps with the 1 Gbps Fiber Broadband plan. How can I complain this to starhub and
