Remove TV Plan from Home Hub Plan

Hello, I have a HomeHub Plus plan. I don't use the TV Services anymore and would like to change it to a Broadband plan (1Gbps) only. I don't need new equipment and will return the TV Set-to-box. How can I do that? Thanks, Pedro.

Terminate broadband but retain fibre TV

i want to terminate broadband but continue using fibre tv since my parent want to view some channel. Call hotline (never ending waiting), use FB messenger, like talking to a machine, reply same old answer few time and has to rephrase to get the answer. The service is very disappointing. Must return

No one showed up on the scheduled broadband installation day

I have signed up for a new broadband plan and no one showed up on the scheduled installation date. It takes forever to get through the hotline. Since the cus serv office has no answer for me, she is supposed to update me again the next morning. Then she never called. Now I’m still not updated

Being scammed for over 10 years

Being a loyal starhub customer for over 10 years is probably the biggest scam that I have fallen into... they are giving the new routers to new sign-ups but is shafting the old routers to existing users and not even helping us when we want to recontract.. why am I even paying my bills every month?
