Hi Starhub, I just received a phone call from StarHub about recontracting broadband. They emailed me the new agreement after the call. The Subscription service is "Free 3 months 1Gbps Broadband @$39.90/mth", but I am asked to be charged $ 69.90 monthly. Could you please help check it again? Thanks

Home hub termination and switch to Asian Pass

Hi i currently have the starhub fibre and tv under homehub but i want to switch to Asian Pass tv and terminate the fibre. How can i do it to ensure minimal disruptions to tv? Do i need to bring all the equipment( fibre ONT, set top boxes remotes) down to the shop?

I have completed my full 24months contract with starhub, Apparently, all the promotions are only for new customers. So if i dont feel wanted here i was just switched to another provider. Also if i want to cancel my service, was told that i have to pay a $30+ disconnection fee for the internet serv
