Free disney+ promotion for 12 months on new s21 mobile+ plan not reflected in app?

I activated Disney+ through my starhub app for my new mobile+ 65 plan with Samsung s21. Although it is specifically mentioned that the promotion is valid in the faq, upon activating the plan, I'm stuck with the 6 month bundle with first 2 months free. Do not Recontract

I recontract my broadband on Aug 31, 2021. It’s the exact same service I am getting currently, except StarHub will install WiFi connectivity that is supposed to be better. No one contacted me on the installation.  I called 1633, use WhatsApp service, they insisted someone will get back to me.

Being scammed for over 10 years

Being a loyal starhub customer for over 10 years is probably the biggest scam that I have fallen into... they are giving the new routers to new sign-ups but is shafting the old routers to existing users and not even helping us when we want to recontract.. why am I even paying my bills every month?
