Since using your prepay for the last 15 days, I am very frustrated and wishing I never made the switch from Singtel.
Your data network is highly unreliable and continues to drop out or is unreachable. Quite frankly it’s a joke!
There is a considerable amount of feedback on the same issue on this forum!
Is Starhub able to provide a solution or is this a known fault that Starhub considers acceptable to its customers?
Can I confirm which prepaid card you purchased and if the occurrence happens locally or overseas?

Issues happening in Singapore
When you mention 'unreachable' are you implying that you cannot be reached via phone call or is it just purely network connection? When such issues occur, did you try restarting your phone and clearing the cache/cookies? - Han
It is network connection for data that I am having issues with.
I have reset all settings, restarted, rebooted, cleared cache, etc. etc...
it just keeps dropping or cannot find connection.
for example yesterday:
Reset network setting
4g data works for 10minutes
30 minutes later no 4G and very slow 3G
1hrs later, shows 3G on phone but no connection showing in apps etc
If I turn off 4g and use 3g only sometimes it will connect to 3g network only.
Do provide me with your mobile number and the NRIC/FIN used to register for the prepaid service via PM so that I may arrange for further assistance. - Han
