Unauthorized Netflix Charge on Mobile and Cable bill

Anyone else facing this problem now? 

I have 2 netflix subscription added on to my June bill for mobile as well as for cable. I called customer service and they said they cannot do anything as it is a third party billing. But I didn't sign up for either!

I checked my current Netflix account that is paid via my credit card and there is only my personal membership details for last 5 years. 

How can I resolve this? I noticed several posts on this last year. Was this resolved? How?

Thanks. I went to the physical store and sorted it out for one of the accounts. Hopefully, the second will be sorted soon.

Seems like you are not alone…. And they keep insisting is Nexflix problem….. till now I am still being billed and nothing resolved ….
