I order SIM card via the website.
But customer servicce asked me to proof my address.
And I send my TA copid to them one week ago. But nothing happend.
So I re-send a lot of emails to customer service & customer care even call 1633.
BUT nobody reply. No one can tell me what is going on.
I still can't believe that.
For now, I can't open new order via website, because it always shows my last order has not completed. I can't do anything beacuse starhub's terrible service.
