Request Refund of WOW Data Plan due to techincal issue from Starhub side
I subscribe a WOW data plan, turned Roaming option in my Starhub Prepaid apps, and turned on roaming option in my mobile settings. I travelled to Malaysia but not able to use the my wow data. Requested assistance from Starhub via facebook but no reply after case was created. Now I am asking to refund the 25 SGD since Starhub did not able to provide data service. I will make another complain to Ministry of Communications and Information if my request was not attended promptly.
