Prepaid Card Balance Deducted After Mobile Data was Switched off before Expiry

Hi Starhub,


My main balance was deducted $10 for no reason. My free data plan expired just today but I switch off my mobile data at least 5 minutes before it was set to expire. Could you look into the matter and can I get my main balance back to the original amount?

My starhub prepaid sim, main balance 15$ deducted without any reason. Pls check and return my balance?

STARHUB prepaid card got 1 problem, main balance will disappear/gone after validity date expired(expired not terminated), and the staff will only told you based on Starhub policy, you have to top up before it expired. Ridiculous as not terminated then balance gone?  Better go to IMDA to lodge report.

Hi @user_373edd, I'm sorry to hear about this. We highly advise our StarHub Prepaid users if they have unused credit that are expiring soon that they extend their Main wallet validity of their active voice SIM with a nominal fee by dialing *123*200#.
