Where is my promised Free Mobile Plan for Family

Was told that every recontract will receive this welcome plan. I recontracted 2 of my lines. Called customer service and was confirmed that they will deliver my welcome plan. But it was not delivered as planned. Called in to customer service again and was told there was no such record. Starhub wipe off my record that i should be receiving the welcome plan! 

Have been with Starhub for almost 20 years with 3 lines and broadband and TV. This time round Starhub really screwed up big time!

Hi,   I have re-contracted one of my line yesterday and received this as part of the contract renewal. Can i know if this is an additional sim provided by Starhub and will be delivered to my address.

And the 1Gb and 50Min is it every month package ?

Hi @user_92d536, this is an additional mobile line and will also be delivered to you. Yes, the Welcome Plan comes with 1GB local data and 50 outgoing minutes for 24 months.
