what happens when old $75 2-yr mobile plan contract has expired?

hihi, my dad mobile plan $75 2-yr contract is ending next wk, with 20% CIS discount.

may i know what happens if he doesn't renew/recontract? will the subscription rate be reverted to its original $75/mth?

he's also above 60 and eligible for the Senior Go mobile plan but i've tried to sign up online for him w/o any success.

Does the Senior Go plan only allow walk-in to sign up personally or can i do it on behalf for him?

Hi @hapibear, upon expiry of the validity period of the CIS discount, prevailing monthly charges will apply. Moreover, please refer to your service agreement to check until when is the validity of your CIS monthly mobile plan subscription discounts as CIS plans are up to 36 months for some subscribers. 

 

For the Seniors Go Plan, customers can only recontract via StarHub Shops. However, you may contact our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger if they'll allow you to recontract online as each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
