Unable to check whether my starhub contract has ended

I am using the Starhub application but it does not show me when does the contract end. It just puts - for recontract eligibility and - for contract end date. 

I bought a phone during 25th of December 2 years ago and I have just applied to port over to another network provider. 

Hopefully there is no early termination charges as it has been 2 years and I am unable to check the status.

Hi @jevan97, usually the contract end date can be found on My StarHub App under the contract details. To confirm your contract end date, you may also send a message to my colleagues via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below.
