Terminate mobile plan

Hi,

I'm no longer in singapore and stop using registered mobile number quite a long time already.I want to terminate my mobile plan and how can I do that? How long will the process take?

Hi @NLynnK, we're sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your service with us. To do so, please send a message to our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below. The termination request will be completed within an hour. Please be informed that you will incur early termination charges if you have an ongoing contract.

Hi Carla,

I lost my StarHub SIM card and terminating via messenger asks for OTP to do so. Is there other way for termination?

You may send your termination request via this form. However, this might also ask for an OTP to confirm that you're terminating your mobile service. For sim card losses, we actually advise customers to temporarily suspend their mobile service until they get a sim card replacement.
