Temporary Line Issue (I am still being billed)

Hi @Carla_P  I have suspended my line (thru phone call) in November 2020 before travelling overseas,  however, I have now received a Final Reminder bill. This shocked me because all the while I was thinking that I have no outstanding bill, as I am paying the monthly fee sgd 6.

Please let me know how do I check or what is the other way to follow up. Because I'm currently out of Singapore and I do not know why is this happening.

Hi Carla_P,

I think nobody is in Facebook messenger. I manage to call +65 6820 1637 and talked with Kyla.

Case number 4327

She already redirected me to the department that was handling the temporary line suspension and in the middle of our talk, the call was dropped. I ran out of top up and tried to get in touch with her again.
