Starhub Sim only contract Plan activated by Error

Team, I've initiated a re-contract request for $25 Sim only no contract plan - whereas the WebPage was stuck and I tried to refresh nothing displayed on the webpage though.

Later I received an E-mail stating I've opted for $25 1 year contract, please do the needful to rectify.
