postpaid plan to sim only re-contract issue

Hi,

I am currently on 24 months postpaid plan which contract is ending on early Dec, 2020. I want to change to 1 year SIM Only contract or SIM only plan.

Although I am eligible for recontract, I keep getting message of "Your existing lines(s) are not due for recontract" whenever I tried to choose and check out from starthub mobile app.  It happens to both 1 year SIM only contract or SIM only plan.

Do I need to wait till last day of my current postpaid contract expiry date to change to SIM only plan?

Does the mobile service will be immediately terminated after expiry date, if I can only recontract only after contract expiry date?

Hi there, @pthiri, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! Since you're still tied to a contract, you are not yet able to switch to our SIM Only Plans. Please be informed that if you are on a 2-year plan contract, you'll need to finish your contract first before switching to our SIM Only Plans. Thank you!

Hi @Carla_P , Thanks for the prompt response. I have a few additional questions.

1) the service won't be disturbed during the time, between contract expiry and the time I subscribe to SIM only plan via the app. Right?

2) I can still use the same Mobile Number. Right?
