Port in to starhub

Hello all,

My number got portin to StarHub this morning but I cannot receive incoming call and sms from other telco accept StarHub. I call customer service this morning and it say all will be working in 24 hours time. I have done other port in to other telco before and I don't have to wait for 24 hours after port in successful for everything to work. Is this StarHub process for port in?
