Poor network connection in Punggol
Since last week (23rd August 2021), I have experienced slow or no network connection on my phone.
Please see below observations and do recommend resolution.
1. Phone call service works well if changed network to 2G/3G instead of 4G/5G.
2. The same phone works perfect when at places other than the building.
3. Even if there is network connection in the same building, it will only be in 3G.
4. WIFI in the same location from Starhub works well.
5. Different phone and different number from Starhub are experiencing the same behaviour.
