Old bills up to past 6 months

Hello, I did not know that we only get to view our bills for the past 6 months in the starhub app. As I would need the Apr-May20 bills, does anyone knows how to retrieve it other than paying for it? How can starhub charge us for our own bills. Ridiculous

Hi @Verlene, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. Sad to say, bills later than 6 months ago which can't be viewed in My StarHub App or My Account will be charged a reprint bill service since we can't send soft copies of customer’s bills as there is currently no password protection mechanism in place. I hope you understand. Thank you.

Hi i cant access more than 6 bills online, how do i get access to the last 15 months?

Bad customer Service. Starhub should just need to change the feature to reflect 12 months of billings instead of 6.
