Numbershare Problem


Everytime when I restart my Samsung Watch 4 LTE, the eSIM disconnects from the mobile network and I am no longer able to turn on the mobile plan mode on both my watch or the galaxy wearable app. The error from my watch will say that I am only able to add Starhub Plan,which is already the only network on my eSIM.

This forces me to un-subscribe and re-enroll for numbershare. Is there a solution for this please?
