New Sim Card Cannot use on Samsung S7

Hi

Just got a new sim-only sim card from Starhub. I tried to use it on my old samsung galaxy s7 but it showed no sim card after i insert it.

Thanks for the advice Carla.

I cannot access the starhub app as my number cannot receive the verification sms. I was told my sim card "can use" after 1-2 hours yesterday afternoon when i sign up but till today, after more than 18 hours, it still shows no signal
