How to terminate SIM only play from oversea

I’d like to terminate SIM only plan from oversea.

I’ve already left Singapore and then I’ve requested Starhub NEX shop staff to terminate our 3 mobile SIM only plan on my contract ending date 23th Aug 2021.

 But now Starhub request us to pay 3 existing mobile line which I’d requested the termination. 
 Please help us how to terminate these SIM only mobile plan from oversea??
