Starhub facebook support is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for reply since 7pm. Almost 1.5 hours of waiting. I can’t even activate the new SIM card through their MAP service

i am also having difficulty activating my SIM card (no activation option available on MyStarhub App nor the portal)
