Deposit Refund

I’ve been waiting for my deposit refund since 23/10/2020. In this period of time, I’ve sent out numerous emails asking for the status but despite they always reply to tell me they’ll let the relevant department know, still haven’t received the payment. It’s been ridiculously long period of time now. And Facebook message doesn’t help at all.

@Carla_P Still no, I wrote to customer Service’s email they also said they have no clue why, they said it’s in the Finance Dept’s hand.
