Having issue with received of OTP code. Tried with customer services advised the unbarring of SMS.

Hi @user_0aea54, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! Have you tried to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card to another device to see if the issue persists? Also, are you overseas right now?

Hi Clara, user of this phone currently at overseas. Before hand no issue on receiving OTP via SMS.
She tried switch off and switch on the phone and remove/insert the SIM card.

Please try to change your APN settings to "shmms" Also, please try to manually connect to a foreign network.
