Hi, to whom it may concern, im writing to complaint about what had happen, 2 weeks ago i call up customer service to enquire about doing a number porting from singtel to starhub when its not the same account holder name, upon enquiry the agent told me yes i can do so, hence i go ahead and do the porting over from my starhub app, so everything was successful until today one of the agent call up and mention that they have to cancel the porting over due to different account holder name. I called up ur customer service today at 7.22pm and spoken to kesha from mobile department it was so disappointing to know that each agent had given me all the wrong info. I need someone to get back to me regrading to this issues.
