Starhub has been charging for netflix despite it being included and  part of the homehub+ package. I happen to check my bill 10 months after signing the contract and realises this. Called in customer service and asked the cso to tell me how much am i suppose to pay based on contract and how much am I being billed. Can tell he realised the discrepancy. Disappointing as it seems to be a long recurring problem with post like this since last year. Wonder how many people had been cheated and how much money were made this way without one even realising.

Exactly. Despite the I have sent my screenshots with Netflix to them. They keep insisting I have a Netflix again.
