Can’t renew contract

Hi ,

im trying to renew my contract by purchasing a 1 year SIM card. Unfortunately the app doesn’t allow me to renew despite my original contract is expiring in January 2022 Soon.  Can you help? My Daughter HP to renew is < removed private information >.

Hi @, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! First of, apologies that I had to remobe the mobile number you posted here as this is a public forum to protect your security and privacy. To answer your question, please be informed if you're on 24 months mobile contract, you can only recontract and convert to SIM-Only after completing the full 24 months' contract. It would be best to finish your contract first so you can convert to a SIM-Only plan.
