billing issues

hi im not a starhub subscriber,  ive tried to called starhub to speak to the customer service officer but couldn’t get through . Ive some urgent matters here is that a few months back ive actually called the starhub customer service officer to tell them that i lost the sim card itself and i haven even activate the card also and ive been receiving pink letters from the lawyer by starhub saying that i need to pay my due phonebills since january.Which is now 1k+ and right now i doesnt have any job right now and i just gave birth not long ago so im also financially tight . I need to solve this issues asap
