Amazon Prime

Trying to sub Amazon Prime through the My StarHub app but it keep redirecting to Error 202 page.

Tried re-install the app but problem persists.

Any solution on this?

Hi @pinabao, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please report the issue via My StarHub App. Just follow the steps below:

 

  • Take a screenshot of the error code on your phone and you should see this screen below:
  • Select "Report an app issue"
  • Proceed to submit the screenshot, describe the issue and provide your Hub iD. 
The team will then pick up the report and work on the fixes accordingly. Thank you!
