Activate a new sim card

Hi

I recieved a new sim card from yeaterday morning. I was informed that it would be activated after 1 h delivery time. But until now it havent activated? Can u help me for that issue. It caused me a lot of inconvenience. Thanks

Let me just share that if you have signed up for a new mobile line or ported your existing mobile number to us, simply insert your new SIM card into your device and you’re good to go.

 

Meanwhile, if you have recontracted your existing mobile line or requested for a 5G SIM card replacement, simply log on to My StarHub App and select “Activate your SIM card”.

How to activate my new 5G sim card? Starhub app is can't find.

Hi @user_6e10be, have you signed up for a new mobile line or ported your existing mobile number to us? If so, simply insert your new SIM card into your device and you’re good to go. If it's a recontracted line, activate it through My StarHub App.
