5G network issue
I am having network issue with starhub for more then a month, I keep getting network drop and zero network signal icon. Changed my sim already, but still faced the same issue.
Starhub customer service and network team keep asking me to wait for 48 hours and drag this issue without a proper resolution. My patience is zero already, should I continue to pay my bill given the nonsense service that I am getting? Who can I approach to void my contract given that I am not receiving the basic telco service from starhub? How can further escalate my case?
