I have used Android phone before this. Now im changing to IOS and i cant use my data at all. What should i do?
Hi @wanimsl96, have you tried to reboot your phone and insert your SIM card to another device to see if the issue persists? Also, please toggle on and off your Airplane mode and reset your network settings.
I already tried on and offing airplane mode. I have tried taking out the sim and put on my old phone. Its fine. Once i put back on my new phone my data cant be use.
