No Otp & 2FA sms receive

After ported over to StarHub on 24 Dec, experience issue not able to receive all OTPs and 2FAs from Singpass / Banks and online shopping portals. Contacted 1633 hotline technical assistance more than 5 times. I have also done the following.

1. Detach / reinsert SIM card

2. restart the phone

3. place SIM Card in another handset to see if this helps solve the issue

4. disable SMS barring

5. reset network settings on my iPhone

6.  Enabled and disabled Flight mode.

and all still didn't work.

It has been more than 4 days. StarHub backend team still unable to get the opt and 2FA issue resolved. And no call back to follow up despite finding nothing at all. Very disappointing service from StarHub!

Only, sending SMSes between different mobile operators are fine.
Please help!

Hi, I was told that StarHub will revert to me by yesterday, however still no update and resolution. It’s almost a week.
Can I request this to be escalated?
