Bad Network - Botanique@Bartley

I'm residing at 237 Upper Paya Lebar. The Starhub network here is terrible. Facing issues such call drops and faster battery drain. The network often switches to 3G as 

 the 4G is so bad!

Hi @Sharan137, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. We're sorry to hear that you're having mobile network issues in your home. Just to check, are other StarHub mobile users also experiencing the same? Also, please reboot your phone and insert your SIM card into another device to see if the issue persists.

Our internet connection at home here in Sengkang is also bad ever since we renewed our contract this December, two weeks ago.  Can you please help to fix?
