Wifi connection lost on and off at times recently or change to slower speed

We have 1000Mbps Fibre Broadband plan at home and a loyal customer of starhub. Recently, the wifi connection is on and off lost at times or sometime go to 2.4 (slower speed ) instead of 5.0 (faster speed). Should we call the technical support to come down to take a look to see what has happened?

@poisonivy77 Is it possible to connect the ONT to your computer or laptop directly via ethernet?

Hi @poisonivy77, I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering problems with your internet connection. Just to check, have you tried to reboot both your ONT and router to see if the issue persists?
