Why is StarHub broadbands ALWAYS down !!!! It is happening at about every 3 months?? Why it is the support so poor ?

It is been having this issues at about every 3 months and always the fiber modem showing “ LOS” (flashing Red ). 

And always said it not their fault is the OpenNet company fibre

networks issues not theirs .

my question is who am l paying  the broadband services to ???

Do anyone facing the same issues ? 

Or just ..

Yes , have managed to contact the Customer Support AFTER OVER  1 hour waiting  the line to get through!!

And was told need to schedule appointment for the Starhub technician to come down to check and was told the earliest appointment will be on 2days later! (3 Feb)

pls noted this is only an appointment to come to check whether is the ONT  modem is working or is it OpenNet  fiber is having the issues. 

And my previous 3 breakdown problem are ALL due to Issues OpenNet fiber .

Starhub technician confirm the modem is ok and what they can ONLY do is to make ANOTHER  appointment to schedule OpenNet technician to come and CHECK again on another day !! 

Pls .. pls. I don’t have so many annually leave take and TO BE at home to wait for the technician to come .

( 4 breakdowns x 2 appointment; 1 for Starhub  & 1 OpenNet ; total 8 days !! )

and also the endured for the period of time without ethernet access !!

Let me just share that you'll get an SMS notification to remind you about the appointment 1 day before and on the actual day before the technician attends. If there is any delay, someone will contact you directly.
