@user_21ec0d Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? What happens if you run firefox in a private window? I am able to access the homepage or what looks like the login page of the website.

Here's my traceroute, don't know if it means it will still work since I don't use it.

By the way, I don't work for starhub if you're wondering, so if anything, you will have to contact the customer service team via Facebook Messenger here.

Hi @user_21ec0d, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and cookies? Also, please try using a different web browser and access it in an incognito browser?

Hi @user_21ec0d, just to check, if previously you weren't having this issue? Because if you recently encountered this. there's a possibility that China's firewall may have detected activity from your IP address and have blocked the traffic.

Please try to attempt changing the IP address of your MIF connection.•

  • Check your current Internet IP address
  • Perform a DHCP release/renew on your router.
  • Power down your router & ONT for 5mins
  • Power up and see if your IP address has changed.
  • Once IP has changed, test again. If you're able to access it, then probably China's end has blocked your previous IP address.

If the issue persists, you will have to check with pan.baidu.com instead.

I am backing up my files from a remote computer and move to other cloud service, total give up on baidu(cannot be trusted)

Thank you so much for your help @Carla_P
