Termination of Contract Due to Relocation to another country

Hi,

My company has asked me to relocate to another country for projects there and therefore I will need to cancel my TV/ Internet in the middle of next month.  My contract would have expired in July next year.  Are there fees associated with early termination due to leaving the country for work and do I need to provide any further information or documentation about my move?  I would also like to change my phone to prepaid as there will be a time that I will still be in SG but not in the apartment where the TV/Broadband is.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!@

Hi @rjtrussell, we're sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue your StarHub services. To terminate your broadband and TV service, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:

Fibre Broadband
- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

TV

- Set-Top Box

- Power Code/Adapter for Set-Top Box

- Remote Control

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Do note that you'll incur early termination charges if you're still under contract. In order to check the early termination charges please send a message to my colleagues via Facebook Messenger as I don't have access to check your account details.

For your question to change your StarHub postpaid to prepaid, we regret to inform you but you will not be able to port the StarHub Postpaid number back to StarHub Prepaid.
