what if i have 2yrs contract. Cable and Internet plan. my contract will expire on september 2015. I want to terminate now. how much will it cause me to pay?

It should be in your T&Cs and is usually prorated termination fee based on the service and promotions you took when you signed up.

Hi Team,

Currently I an in overseas and need to terminate my star hub connection. Please advise me on how to process that.

I need to vacate my house so terminating the contract.

Hi @user_e5d4aa, we're sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your service. To do so, please return the following equipment to any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall.


- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor


However, since you mentioned you're currently overseas, you may ask someone to terminate the services on your behalf. He/She will need to bring along a copy of your NRIC as well as his/her NRIC, together with a letter of authorisation signed by you. Kindly note that the services will be terminated as soon as the request is processed at either of these StarHub Shops and a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies.
