Terminating My Broadband on an expired contract

Hi There,

My contract ended a while ago and I've just continued to pay the monthly (1GBP fibre broadband).

I'm now moving flat and to relocate the broadband it costs $160 dollars, I'd rather cancel my subscription and go with a cheaper provider instead.

Can I ask how to terminate my account and why is there a termination fee if my contract is already over?

Thanks!

Hi @user_9202f4, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. If you'll relocate your current broadband service, you may opt to recontract your service so the relocation fee will be waived. If you insist to terminate, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:

- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Do note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Thank you.
