Terminate Fibre Broadband Contract

Hi

 

I will be leaving Singapore in October, how do I terminate my contract please?

Hi @Kiki_nat, we're sorry to hear your decision to discontinue your broadband service. To terminate the service, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:


- 1 x Optical Network Terminal
- 1 x Fibre Patch Cord
- 1 x UTP Cable
- 1 x Power Adaptor

 

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Moreover, if you're still under contract you'll also incur early termination charges.
