Refund policy and refund period is not clear

I closed my account Jan, there are remaining balance on my account. So far I didn't receive refund.

I google refund policy or period, there is no place indicate how long the refund takes.

Can you tell me the refund period?

Can I request for refund without calling support hotline and waiting 30m?

Hi @zhoumaojie, it saddens us to hear that you've terminated your account with us. Did you receive your final bill already? If your final bill has a credit balance, you will receive the remainder of the credit after offsetting any outstanding payment due to your NRIC/FIN. Once the account is inactive for 2 months, StarHub will automatically refund the credit via cheque for a credit balance greater than $5. You may also get in touch with our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below so you could request a refund.
