Ping spiking after installing new smart TV

Hi, recently I bought a new smart TV and my pings for gaming have been spiking.

The pings at the moment range from 9ms to 300ms.

In the past, my ping was at a stable 8-10ms.

May I know what is the issue at hand?

Sorry realized that my post wasn't clear.

The LG A1 smart TV is used for watching Netflix and Viu.

The gaming rig that I use is my own desktop and monitor

@forte012 Try reducing the bandwidth for the smart tv on your router settings and also, have your pc to be the highest priority if it works well.

Hmmm I just tried this and still doesn't work :(

Limited the bandwidth for the smart TV to 100 MBPS for both download and upload each

Hi @forte012, are you using a VPN when you're playing games? Please try to reboot your ONT and router to see if the issue persists.
