Packet Loss

Currently experiencing intermitent packlet loss. Anywhere between 2-5%. I've tried all the usual recommended trouble shooting steps of restarting router, ONT etc. I am using an ethernet connection, not Wifi:

Hi @user_b29af8, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! According to the relevant team, it’s common to have packet loss. This does not affect your internet experience because the final hop has no packet loss.
